"I called on Friday afternoon. Brian talked with me. He said to bring the car in on Monday morning. I was unable to drive the car on Monday as my battery also went out, so I had it towed in. Brian treated me very well and even drove me to work. He got my car done by Tuesday and even waited a few extra minutes for me to get there to pick it up because I was taking a cab and was unsure of how long that would take.
