Ryan, the technician who worked on my vehicle, did a very thorough inspection and only recommended services that I already expected would come up. No surprises, no pressure — from the start, the owner was transparent and explained everything clearly, which is really all you can ask for when trusting someone with your car and not trying to scare you into doing something that doesn't need to be done. The dealership does this all the time, and the prices here are great compared to what the dealership quoted me. "I called on Friday afternoon. Brian talked with me. He said to bring the car in on Monday morning. I was unable to drive the car on Monday as my battery also went out, so I had it towed in. Brian treated me very well and even drove me to work. He got my car done by Tuesday and even waited a few extra minutes for me to get there to pick it up because I was taking a cab and was unsure of how long that would take.
